Whedonesque links to a podcast from Big Kev’s Geek Stuff, where they had an exclusive announcement of my Little Damn Hero maquettes (which are being produced by QMx). The podcast itself was pretty effusive in its praise of the maquettes, which was awesome enough in and of itself, but I’m all atwitter over the comments left in the Whedonesque thread by Simon, one of the site’s admins, who calls them “possibly … the best Whedonverse collectible to date.”

I’m working on a secret new art project, but I need some input. I have two related questions for you all …

1.What things are you most likely to find in a geek’s house? Be specific! I’m looking for items that scream “geek” (like the TARDIS USB hub I have sitting on my desk, for one).

2. What do you think makes geek girls sexy? I mean, I know they are, and I have my own ideas, but I want to get some other theories.

Well, I waited until the very last minute, but I finally posted my submission for the Sarah Connor Chronicles poster contest. It was really challenging to follow their strict guidelines, which forbid the use of any elements that they didn’t provide, but I’m pretty happy with the way it turned out. I also made a desktop wallpaper, which I’m using on my own computer right now, but obviously it’s not for the contest.
